Tension(s) page improvements

Tensions page

• sort "Circle" tension following TreeMenu order...
• add visualization menu "By assignee" (column view by assignee)
• Show the user assigned in tensions lists
• (EXP) (avatar) add the role of the user as little circle surrounding the user avatar (everywhere a user avatar appears in a given organization).
• (EXP) add a sort entry ("Most priority") (and add priority tension property how many level)

Board view

• move tension across column
• add tree dot button next to the filtering bar that toggle a toobar with more advanced option: column sizing slider, expand view,...

Tension page

• title stick to navbar in tension (see git-bug issue) && va context stick in navbar in other Org pages.
• Add a confirmation warning when adding assignees to Circle and Roles tension
  In order to inform the user that the assignee and first_link have different meaning.
  The fist_link will gives the role to the user, while the assignee will have the right to modify the role itself.
• warning tick/label on the contracts tab if pending contracts
• Merge list of similar event in one line (within the same hour span of creation):

  • use viewLabels instead to viewLabel to have clickable Label.
  • do the same in Journal list (like multiple blop pushed, or blob committed is annoying)
  • For Notifications list as well.
• add a link in events view to contract source (if any)
• right panel settings new entries:

  • pin tension
  • lock/unlock tension
  • [moderation] delete tension/comments (only the coordinator + creator (if no else commented)) + author can delete comment) ?
  • Project section

Contract view

• add a text tip that said user can add a new comment in a contract to remind the guest
• add a cancel button for coordo in a contract page.
• open contracts should be explicitly linked in the about page, overview...
