Fractale is a platform that provides tools and infrastructures to support organisations in the process of self-organisation. That means a shift from pyramidal management with subordination relationships towards fractal circles with relationships based on trust and peer to peer commitment.

1. If you have a question, an issue or an ongoing task, first search an answer in the existing tensions.
2. If there is none, create a tension / use the help button in top-right screen corner..
3. If you have a clear idea of where to create a tension, create it in the circle you think is appropriate.
4. If you don't, simply create it to the anchor (root) circle.
5. Coordinators are responsible for dispatching the tensions and labeling them with relevance.
